Kopran Ltd schedules meetings for merger with Kopran Labs

Kopran Ltd has announced that it will convene meetings of its equity shareholders, secured creditors, and unsecured creditors on Wednesday, June 03, 2026. These meetings are being held pursuant to an NCLT order dated April 09, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the Scheme of Amalgamation (Merger by Absorption) of Kopran Laboratories Limited (Transferor Company) with Kopran Limited (Transferee Company). Separate meetings will also be held for the equity shareholders, secured, and unsecured creditors of Kopran Laboratories Limited on the same day. All meetings will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM). Notices for these meetings are being dispatched electronically and physically.
