Vijay Anandh, aged 51, holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and an MBA, bringing 28 years of experience in retail banking, focusing on retail credit underwriting, risk management, and business development. He joined CUB in March 2024 as Executive President and was appointed Executive Director in June 2024. Prior to CUB, he held significant roles at RBL Bank, where he was instrumental in building its retail and rural presence and establishing key policies and risk frameworks. The bank confirmed he is not debarred by SEBI or any other authority from holding the director's office.
