Faalcon Concepts Appoints Brickwork Ratings for Fund Monitoring

Faalcon Concepts Limited has appointed Brickwork Ratings India Private Limited (BWR) as the Monitoring Agency for fund monitoring related to its proposed rights issue of up to ₹2200 Lacs (₹22 Crore). This appointment is in continuation of a previous letter dated 05.11.2026 and is in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The agreement outlines the roles and responsibilities of both parties in monitoring the utilization of the gross proceeds from the rights issue.
