The appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Mrs. Singla, who is currently an Associate at United Lex, has over 6 years of professional experience in document review, redactions for legal and regulatory matters, and strong expertise in corporate law, legal research, and drafting. She will serve until the ensuing General Meeting.
