Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd, a company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, has acquired an additional 9.2% equity stake in Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems Private Limited for a consideration of Rs. 4,65,06,000. This acquisition has increased Fabtech's total shareholding in Kelvin to 60.53%. The acquisition is aimed at strengthening the strategic partnership and expanding into high-potential markets. Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems Private Limited is engaged in the business of purchasing, selling, manufacturing, importing, exporting, trading, installing, assembling and servicing of all types of air conditioners, air coolers and all types of cooling equipment’s and all type industrial HVAC. The acquisition is expected to be completed on or before January 31, 2026.
