Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd Completes Acquisition of Shares in Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems Pvt Ltd

Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd has completed the acquisition of 1,380 equity shares of Kelvin Air Conditioning and Ventilation Systems Pvt Ltd for a total consideration of ₹ 4,65,06,000. This acquisition increases Fabtech's stake in Kelvin to 60.53% of the paid-up share capital. Kelvin is engaged in the business of purchasing, selling, manufacturing, importing, exporting, trading, installing, assembling and servicing of all types of air conditioners, air coolers and all types of cooling equipment's. The acquisition is a related party transaction, but conducted at arm's length. The total purchase consideration is ₹ 4,65,06,000 for a 9.2% stake in Kelvin.
