Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd has announced the incorporation of a foreign wholly owned subsidiary company, 'Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms-FZE', in the United Arab Emirates. The new entity will focus on the manufacturing of partitions for supply to M/s. Fabtech Technologies Limited and M/s. Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Limited India, catering to Indian clients under the UAE—-India trade deal. The incorporation is subject to the approval of the UAE regulatory body and is expected to be completed upon receiving necessary approvals from the relevant authorities.
