Fairchem Organics Buys Land from CMD & Relatives

Fairchem Organics Ltd announced the approval of its Board of Directors for the purchase of two separate land parcels. These lands are adjacent to the company's existing plant and are being acquired from the Chairman & Managing Director and his relatives. The Board also approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, along with the statement of assets and liabilities and cash flows. The financial results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and received an unmodified review conclusion from statutory auditors M/s B S R and Co.
