Family Care Hospitals Board Meeting on July 24 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Family Care Hospitals Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on July 24, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the limited review report. The meeting will also address other incidental matters. In line with the company's insider trading code, the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting and the declaration of the financial results.
