Family Care Hospitals Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on September 2, 2026, approved the convening of the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. via Video-Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24, 2025, to September 30, 2026, for the AGM. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility is September 23, 2026, with e-voting scheduled from September 27 to September 29, 2026. M/s. Mukesh Siroya and Co. has been appointed as the scrutinizer for e-voting, and M/S Purva Sharegistry India Private Limited will provide remote e-voting facilities. The Board also approved the Draft Notice and Annual Report for FY 2025-26.
