FCS Software Solutions Ltd to Approve Q3 FY2025-26 Unaudited Financials on Feb 9, 2026

FCS Software Solutions Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 9, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will be conducted as per the IND-AS Rules of the Company under Indian Accounting Standard Rules, 2015. In addition, the Board will discuss any other matter with the permission of the chairman. The trading window for all connected persons, designated persons, insiders, and their immediate relatives will remain closed from January 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the public announcement/declaration of the unaudited financial results. This closure applies to individuals specified in the Company’s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons, which is framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time.
