True North Fund VI LLP, a significant shareholder in Fedbank Financial Services Ltd, has disposed of its entire stake of 2,56,95,139 equity shares, representing approximately 6.8644% of the company's paid-up equity share capital. The stake was sold through a block deal on the stock exchange mechanism to Nomura India Equity Fund, managed by Nomura Asset Management- FPI.
