Fermenta Biotech Limited has approved the sale of its environment business to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Fermenta Environment Solutions Private Limited, for a consideration of Rs. 19 Crores. The environment business contributed 5.02% to the total revenue and 4.09% to the total net worth of the Company for the financial year ended on March 31, 2025. The sale is expected to be completed by October 1, 2025, and is not a material related party transaction.
