FGP Ltd Announces 64th AGM on July 30, 2026

FGP Limited has announced its 64th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted via Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio-Visual Means (OAVM), in compliance with Ministry of Corporate Affairs and SEBI guidelines. The Annual Report for FY 2025-26, along with the Notice of AGM, has been dispatched electronically to members with registered email IDs and is also available on the company's website and NSDL's e-voting portal. The agenda includes adopting the audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and appointment of an additional independent director.
