Fiberweb India Approves FY26 Audited Standalone Results

Fiberweb India Ltd's board approved the audited standalone financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026. They re-appointed A. V. Jobanputra & Co as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-2027 and approved a postal ballot for the appointment of a Non-Executive Director. Milind Ghelani was appointed as CFO effective July 1, 2026, and Sorabh Gupta was reappointed as an Independent Director for a second term, subject to shareholder approval. The company has revised its expansion plan to focus on manufacturing nonwoven felted products using recycled materials, moving away from the previously proposed expansion in nonwoven flushable products.
