Fiberweb India Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results & AGM Notice

Fiberweb India Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 14, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the first quarter and three months ended June 30, 2026. The company also approved the notice for its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 29, 2026. Additionally, the Board considered and approved a proposal to alter the Articles of Association to authorize the issue of Sweat Equity Shares, subject to shareholder approval.
