Fiberweb India Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results, Plans AGM

Fiberweb India Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 14, 2026, to approve the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also received the Limited Review Report from auditors Akshay Kirtikumar & Associates LLP. Key decisions included approving the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM), Directors' Report, and Management Discussion & Analysis Report for FY 2025-2026. The 41st AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026.
