The company has approved and adopted the audited financial results along with the audit report issued by the statutory auditors. Fractal Industries Ltd is also in the process of incorporating a wholly owned subsidiary, with the proposed name of 'Bishwanath Kashinath Foundation'. The company has appointed M/s Parth Nair and Associates as the secretarial auditor for the financial year 2025-26 and M/s N S Rathi & Associates as the internal auditor for the same period.
