Filatex Fashions AGM: Auditors Re-appointed, Directors Appointed

Filatex Fashions Ltd held its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026. Shareholders approved key decisions including the re-appointment of M/s. KPSJ & Associates LLP as Statutory Auditors for FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. M/s. Jigar Trivedi & Co was appointed as the Secretarial Auditor for the same period. Additionally, Mr. Pratik Bharatbhai Panchal and Ms. Smitaben Suthar were regularized and appointed as Non-Executive Independent Directors for a term of five years. Mr. Rutvikbhai Mukeshbhai Beladiya's designation was changed from Non-Executive Non-Independent Director to Joint Managing Director for five years, effective September 30, 2026.
