Filatex Fashions Appoints Two Additional Directors

Filatex Fashions Limited announced the appointment of two new directors following a board meeting held on July 7, 2026. Mr. Pratik Bharatbhai Panchal has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Independent Director) for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval.
