Filatex Fashions Board Approves Key Appointments and Committee Reconstitutions

Filatex Fashions Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on July 17, 2026. The board approved the appointment of Mr. Harimohan Namdev as the Whole Time Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Additionally, Ms. Suthar Smitaben Bhaveshbhai was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of 5 years, subject to shareholder approval. The board also accepted the resignations of Mr. Nageshwara Rao Chitirala and Ms. Sonali Sandeep Joshi as Independent Directors, and Ms. Sanju as Whole Time Director, all effective July 17, 2026. Consequently, the Audit Committee, Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and Stakeholders Relationship Committee have been reconstituted.
