Filatex India: Anurag Choudhary & Others Sell 2.12% Stake

Filatex India Ltd has received a disclosure under SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, indicating that Anurag Choudhary and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have sold 94,24,657 equity shares, representing 2.12% of the total shareholding. This sale was conducted via the open market. Following the transaction, the collective holding of Anurag Choudhary and PACs in Filatex India Ltd has reduced from 8.42% to 6.30%. The total equity share capital of the company remains 44,40,58,375 equity shares of Re 1 each.
