Filatex India Board to meet on May 15, 2026, for Q4/FY26 results & dividend

Filatex India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Friday, May 15, 2026. The primary agenda includes considering and approving the standalone and consolidated Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, the Board may also consider recommending a dividend on Equity Shares for the financial year 2025-26. In compliance with SEBI regulations, the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares has been closed from April 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results.
