Filmcity Media Declares Unaudited Standalone Q1 FY27 Results

Filmcity Media Ltd announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the appointment of Ms. Shivi Jindal and Ms. Iti Goel as Additional Directors (Non-Executive Independent) for five years, subject to shareholder approval. The Board accepted the resignations of Mr. Nitesh Singh and Ms. Priyanka Singh as Non-Executive Independent Directors, effective August 14, 2026. Additionally, the company proposed a change of name to Filmcity Media and Investment Infrastructure Limited, pending shareholder and government approvals.
