Filmcity Media Ltd Appoints Mr. Prabhat Modi as Non-Executive Non Independent Director and Ms. Kirti Vishnu Tiwari as Chief Financial Officer

Filmcity Media Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on March 13, 2026. The Board appointed Mr. Prabhat Modi as a Non-Executive Non Independent Director for a period of five years, subject to the approval of shareholders. Mr. Modi is a B.Sc (Accounting & Finance) graduate from the University of Essex, United Kingdom and PGDM (SM) from National Institute of Securities Market (NISM). He has previously worked with SBI Mutual, BSE India Limited, and Morningstar India Private Limited. The Board also appointed Ms. Kirti Vishnu Tiwari as the Chief Financial Officer, in addition to her existing responsibilities as Executive Director & CEO. Ms. Tiwari is a B.A. graduate from Lucknow University and has extensive experience in finance and marketing.
