Filtra Consultants Recommends ₹2 Dividend (20%) for FY26

Filtra Consultants and Engineers Ltd's board recommended a final dividend of ₹2 per share, i.e., 20% on equity shares with a face value of ₹10 each, for the financial year 2025-26. The decision was made during the board meeting held on May 25, 2026. The board also approved the standalone audited financial statements and results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and appointed a Secretarial Auditor for FY 2026-27.
