Filtron Engineers Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. A limited review report will also be presented. Concurrently, the company has closed its trading window from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results announcement, in compliance with SEBI regulations regarding insider trading.
