Fineotex Chemical sets Sep 4 as Record Date for Final Dividend

Fineotex Chemical Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 17, 2026, has fixed Friday, September 04, 2026, as the Record Date for the payment of the final dividend. The 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for Friday, September 11, 2026. The dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before September 30, 2026. The board also approved a proposal for raising funds through the issuance of equity shares and/or other equity-linked securities.
