Finolex Cables Board Approves Financial Results and Director Re-appointments

Finolex Cables Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 11, 2026, approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Vanessa Singh, Mr. Zubin Billimoria, Mr. Sriraman Raghuraman as Independent Directors, and Mr. Ratnakar Barve as Whole-time Director, all for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, Mr. Nirnoy Sur was appointed as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and General Manager - Legal. Deloitte Haskins Sell LLP issued a Limited Review Report on the financial results.
