Firstsource Solutions Ltd Completes Acquisition of Pastdue Credit Solutions Limited for GBP 22 Million

Firstsource Solutions Ltd, a leading provider of business process management services, has completed the acquisition of Pastdue Credit Solutions Limited, a UK-based collections agency. The acquisition was completed on 11th December 2025 for a total consideration of GBP 22 million. Pastdue Credit Solutions is an FCA-registered company that provides white-label, early arrears and debt collections & recovery services. The company was founded in 2005 and has a strong presence in the UK. The acquisition is part of Firstsource's strategy to expand its debt collection services in the UK market. All necessary regulatory approvals have been received under the National Securities and Investment Act 2021 and from the Financial Conduct Authority.
