Fischer Medical Ventures Gets CDSCO Approval for Spincare Wound Care System

Fischer Medical Ventures Ltd. announced that its associate company, Nanomedic Technologies Ltd., has received import and distribution approval from India's CDSCO for the Spincare Portable Wound Care System. This is India's first regulatory clearance for a portable electrospun wound care system. Spincare, a Class C medical device, applies a nano-fiber film directly to wounds, eliminating traditional dressings in many cases. The approval positions Fischer Medical Ventures to capitalize on India's growing wound care market, valued at approximately USD 380 million in 2026 and projected to reach USD 1.8 billion by 2033. Fischer holds exclusive distribution rights for India and Southeast Asia. Nanomedic also has a U.S. FDA approval submission in progress.
