Fischer Medical Ventures Invests in Wholly Owned Subsidiaries 'FMV Global Innovations Pte Limited' and 'FMV Technologies Sdn Bhd'

Fischer Medical Ventures Ltd has invested in two wholly owned subsidiaries, 'FMV Global Innovations Pte Limited' and 'FMV Technologies Sdn Bhd'. The former is a newly incorporated company, while the latter is a 100% subsidiary of 'FMV International Ventures Pte Limited' which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Fischer Medical Ventures Ltd. The cost of investment for 1,000 shares of 'FMV Global Innovations Pte Limited' is SGD 1,000. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for the acquisition. Both subsidiaries are engaged in the wholesale of medical, professional, scientific and precision equipment, pharmaceutical and medical goods, export and import of pharmaceutical and medical goods, and wholesale of a variety of goods without any particular specialization.
