Flex Foods: Director Re-appointments & Appointments

Flex Foods Ltd. announces the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Narendra Poddar as an Independent Director for a second term of five years, commencing July 21, 2026. Additionally, Mr. Paresh Nath Sharma has been appointed as an Additional Director (Independent) for a first term of three years, starting May 19, 2026. These appointments are subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
