Flex Foods Ltd has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on July 16, 2026, at 12:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC)/Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, the re-appointment of Mr. Ashok Chaturvedi (retiring by rotation), and the re-appointment of Mr. Pradeep Narendra Poddar as an Independent Director for a second term. Additionally, the appointment of Mr. Paresh Nath Sharma as an Independent Director will be considered. Shareholders can participate through remote e-voting from July 13 to July 15, 2026.
