Flexituff: UCO Bank takes symbolic possession of property under SARFAESI

Flexituff Ventures International Ltd. has had its commercial property in Uttarakhand taken into symbolic possession by UCO Bank. This action, under Section 13(4) of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, was taken on July 29, 2026, on behalf of a consortium of lenders. The move follows the company's failure to repay a debt amounting to ₹236,29,52,110.33. The public has been cautioned not to deal with the property, as it remains subject to the charge of UCO Bank.
