Flomic Global Logistics Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Flomic Global Logistics Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the Un-Audited Financial Results for the First Quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board meeting, which commenced at 7:30 PM and concluded at 8:45 PM, also saw the approval of the accompanying Audit Report. The results have been prepared in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 (Ind AS 34) and SEBI Listing Regulations. The independent auditor, Doogar & Associates, has reviewed the results and stated that nothing has come to their attention to suggest material misstatements or non-disclosure of required information.
