Flora Corp Closes Trading Window for Q2 FY27 Results

Flora Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will be effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company will separately inform stock exchanges about the board meeting scheduled to approve these financial results.
