Guttikonda Rajasekhar and Guttikonda Vara Lakshmi Acquire Shares in Anirit Ventures Ltd

Guttikonda Rajasekhar and Guttikonda Vara Lakshmi, through a disclosure received under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011, have acquired shares in Anirit Ventures Ltd. The acquisition was made in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The total equity share capital of the company after the acquisition stands at Rs. 18,00,00,000/- comprising of 18,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
