Fortis Healthcare Ltd, through its subsidiary International Hospital Limited, has entered into a 15-year lease agreement with RR Lifesciences Limited for a 200-bed multi-specialty hospital in Greater Noida. The hospital, previously managed by Fortis under an O&M arrangement, will now be fully operated and controlled by Fortis, enabling it to consolidate the hospital’s performance within its network. The hospital, built on a 1.35-acre UPSIDA-leased land parcel, has the potential to expand to 250 beds and is strategically located to serve the growing population and healthcare needs of Greater Noida and adjoining areas.
