Fortis Healthcare Holds 30th AGM, Considers Dividend and Director Appointments

Fortis Healthcare Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on August 11, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The meeting, chaired by Mr. Leo Puri, addressed the adoption of Audited Financial Statements for FY26, declaration of a final dividend of ₹1 per equity share, and the re-appointment of directors retiring by rotation. Special business included ratification of Cost Auditors' remuneration and approval for commission to Independent Directors.
