Fortis Malar Hospitals: Director Resigns, New Director Appointed

Fortis Malar Hospitals Limited announced a change in its board of directors. Dr. Ritu Garg has resigned as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective October 27, 2026, due to other commitments. Concurrently, the company has appointed Dr. S Narayani as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director in place of Dr. Garg, also effective October 27, 2026. Dr. Narayani brings over 25 years of professional experience in the medical field and currently holds a significant operational leadership role within the Fortis group. She is not debarred from capital markets.
