Foseco India Ltd Declares Final Dividend of Rs. 25/- (250%) for FY 2025

Foseco India Ltd has declared a final dividend of Rs. 25/- (250%) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on 25 February 2026. The audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31 December 2025 were approved at the meeting. The Statutory Auditors, Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, have issued an Audit Report with unmodified opinion on the Audited Financial Results.
