Foseco India Ltd has submitted the Machine Readable Form / Legible copy of the financial results for the period ended December 31, 2025, in continuation of the submission made on February 25, 2026. The Company apologizes for the previous unintentional slip-up and assures that it will be prevented in the future. The financial results have been audited by Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants LLP, who have opined that the standalone financial results give a true and fair view of the standalone net profit and other comprehensive income and other financial information of the Company for the year ended 31st December 2025.
