Trading Window Closure Announced by Fourth Generation Information Systems Ltd

Fourth Generation Information Systems Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended. The trading window will remain closed from 01st April, 2026 till completion of 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
