Fractal Analytics' Board Meeting Approves Business Units Sale, Investments, and Amendment to AOA

Fractal Analytics Ltd's Board of Directors held a meeting on March 20, 2026, and approved several key items. The Company is set to sell and transfer business units to Analytics Vidhya Educon Private Limited for INR 10.9 crore. Additionally, Fractal Analytics will invest INR 39.4 crore in Analytics Vidhya Educon Private Limited. The investment limit in Fractal Analytics Inc. has been increased by INR equivalent of USD 4.5 crore. Fractal US will invest USD 0.3 crore in Asper.Ai Inc.
