Franklin Leasing and Finance Ltd has confirmed in a statement that they did not raise any funds through Public Issue, Rights Issue, Preferential Issue, QIP etc. during the quarter ended 31st December, 2025. Therefore, the statement of Deviation or variation in Public Issue, Rights Issue, Preferential issue, QIP etc. under Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for the quarter ended 31st December, 2025 is not applicable to the Company.
