Franklin Leasing: Reg 32 not applicable as no funds raised in Q4 FY26

Franklin Leasing and Finance Ltd confirmed the non-applicability of Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the quarter ended March 31, 2026. The company stated that it did not raise any funds through public issue, rights issue, preferential issue, or Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) during this period. As a result, the requirement to submit a statement of deviation or variation under Regulation 32 is not applicable to the company for the specified quarter.
