Fraser and Company Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Q1 2026

Fraser and Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the quarter ending on 31st March 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Security Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will remain closed for designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, until 48 hours after the Board Meeting where the approval of the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March 2026 will be considered. Directors, designated employees, key managerial personnel, and their immediate relatives are prohibited from dealing in the company's securities during the closure period.
