Puretrop Fruits Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Puretrop Fruits Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting held on August 7, 2026. The Board approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with the Limited Review Report from M/s. FP & Associates. Several directorial appointments and re-appointments were also approved, including Mr. Saikiran Saladi as Additional Independent Director and re-appointments of Mr. Pradeep Katyal, Mrs. Sharada Iyer as Independent Directors, and Mrs. Nanita Ashok Motiani as Whole Time Director, all subject to shareholder approval. The Board also approved the Draft Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and decided to convene the 34th Annual General Meeting on September 15, 2026, appointing M/s. Manoj Hurkat & Associates as Scrutinizer and NSDL as Remote E-Voting Agency.
