Frontier Springs Reappoints J. Chandra & Co as Internal Auditor

Frontier Springs Ltd has reappointed M/s. J. Chandra & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The reappointment was approved by the Board of Directors on May 28, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. J. Chandra & Co. is a Kanpur-based partnership firm with over four decades of experience in auditing, accounting, and taxation. The firm is not related to any of the Directors of the Company.
